RACHEL JOY
Rachel Joy is a mom of four children, Addie, Benjamin, Everett, and Annie Jo, and has been married to Trevor for 17 years. She serves as the Founder & CEO of Sparrow Collective and its ministry initiatives: S|Coaching, Sparrow & Co, and Sparrow on Main.
For over 20 years, Rachel has taught the Bible and led various organizations. Most recently authored the Sparrow Identity Sheets for women and teen girls and is passionate about catalyzing women and families into a life of Kingdom purpose.
TREVOR JOY
Trevor and Rachel met at Texas A&M University and have been married for 17 years. Together they have four children, Addie, Benjamin, Everett, and Annie Jo. Trevor has a Masters in Missiology from Dallas Baptist University and a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from Southern Seminary.
With over twenty years of pastoral experience, he currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Sending at The Village Church, the Director of Advancement for Launch Global and the US Director for the 100 UPG Cooperative.
KENT RABALAIS
Kent Rabalais is passionate about telling stories that reveal the wonder in our world and developing the potential of people.
Before starting his company, Kent Studio, he served as an executive director and board member at The Village Church in Flower Mound, Texas, a non-profit Christian ministry serving millions of people around the world with the gospel. Prior to his time at The Village Church, Kent worked as a creative director for the non-profit fundraising and marketing agency, Pursuant, as well as a creative trainer for Apple, Inc.
He is a husband and father and grateful to be in the adventure of life.
MICHELLE BOWMAN
As a Coach, Michelle Bowman, Ed.D. strives to live according to her God-given purpose to compassionately connect with others and facilitate intentional growth and learning for people to flourish. She serves as a lay leader in the Connections Ministry at The Village Church and in various roles at Sparrow Collective: as a mentor in Sparrow Restore, as a table leader at Identity Courses, and as a Sparrow board member.
Michelle has a doctorate in learning and organizational change, and has worked in public education for 32 years as a teacher, district administrator, and currently as a senior leader in a professional educators’ association.
MALLERY YEN
Mallery resides in Lewisville, TX with her husband, Josh, and four kids. They planted King's Church in 2022. She enjoys being a pastor's wife, homeschooling her children, being with her church family and meeting strangers.
She has a heart to help women gain vision for living full lives in Jesus and to exhort them to run their race with clarity and ferocity.
SUDHA MATHAI
S|Coaching has helped Sudha to experience freedom by identifying areas in her life where she was believing the lies of the enemy and replacing them with the truth of who God says she is, therefore living out her God-given purpose with that assurance.
Because of how impactful Coaching was in her life, Sudha has stepped into the Coach role. As a Coach, her hope and prayer is to create a safe space for other women to experience the love of God. She and her husband Stinson, have been married for over 25 years and have three beautiful daughters. As a family, they seek to be faithful in honoring the Lord with their lives.
KATIE MURPH
Katie has such a love for people and gets excited to see someone walking in their God-given purpose. It is her greatest joy to be able to help others navigate their story, and to discover and rediscover their passions, talents and gifting.
She has been married to Matt for over 20 years, and they have two wonderful daughters together. She loves family game night, laughing with friends, and traveling around God’s beautiful world.
