How do I get matched with a Coach?

Clients are matched with Coaches based on both Coach and client availability as well as Coach expertise and experience. Our Coaching coordinator takes dates, work schedules, location, and client preference all into account when booking Coaching sessions. We do our best to honor preferences, but overall we trust that Lord will create groups and opportunities that fulfill his purposes.

How much does it cost?

S|Coaching offers three tiers of experienced coaches, as well as one-on-one or small group experiences. All Coaches are expertly trained by S|Coaching and will follow the same curriculum and agenda. Price points are based on Coach experience and hours spent Coaching. Our Coaching Coordinator can provide you with all pricing once there is a clear understanding of what you’re looking for and coach availability.

How is S|Coaching different from counseling?

At S|Coaching, you will experience an in-depth process of story mapping where you will examine your life story. Your coach will draw a map of your life and look for patterns throughout your story, perspectives through which you view the world, lies you may believe about yourself, and identify gifts you may not know you have. This experience then culminates in crafting a unique purpose statement for your life. It is our hope that this purpose statement helps guide your next steps and sets you on a clear path forward. Your Coach may also uncover areas where you find you need more healing, and may refer you to a counselor to further walk through those areas.

Is it only for believers in Jesus Christ?

While we welcome anyone to experience freedom found though coaching, our curriculum is Biblically based and scripture is the guide for all of our teaching.

What is the process?

After you fill out the Interest Form, our Coaching Coordinator will set up a call with you to discuss your hopes for Coaching as well as your availability. You will then be matched with a coach that is suitable for your needs. We have a 4-6 week lead time between booking and coaching sessions taking place. This allows for you to receive your Identity Sheet Workbook and complete all the pre-work before your session. The coordinator will be in touch with you to receive payment, complete the booking, introduce you to your coach and communicate all scheduling information.

How long is Coaching?

Most Coaching sessions are 2.5 days with a half day in the beginning (1:00-4:30) and two full days (8:30-4:30) following.
